I called McDaniels about our hot water heater this morning and they were here successfully completing the work within an hour or two. Hekmat fixed the issue and gave us a fair estimate for a new water heater with more capacity.
McDaniel has been taking care of our wall mounted mini split system since 2023. We had an emergency in 2023 and they fixed it in 24 hours- especially impressive given few people in this area are willing to work on these systems. Since then we've inspections twice a year and today a thorough cleaning of the critical internal parts. Paul and Mayer are outstanding! Mayer especially was incredibly detail oriented and helped me fix something very simple. Kitty Reagan, our bossy senior cat, was terribly displeased with the lack of treats dispensed by both gents and we had a good laugh about that. I trust these folks with my home and don't hesitate to recommend them.
Mayer Buitrago of McDaniel Service, Inc did a superb job checking out my HVAC system and ascertaining the problem with my gas heater. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed.
Steve Orellana was the best tech I could have asked for! He fixed an issue no one else was able to fix and he took the time to get to the bottom of it. Thank you Steve, you are a lifesaver!

Great service and great technician. It was easy to make an appointment and they arrived during the scheduled time. Also sent a text when they were on their way. I enrolled in a maintenance plan and definitely will continue to use them for any HVAC issues.
