I've worked with McDaniels for several years. They are a family- owned business ... which translates to everyone there takes immense pride in helping customers. When I need either HVAC or plumbing service, I call Daren and he listens to the issue, offers potential solutions and collaborates with me to find the best route. Knowledgable and helpful. He's the best! Linda schedules and is a pleasure to work with. She's helpful and efficient. Juan is the HVAC technician. He is prompt, courteous, and gives me the an honest assessment of my system. He never "hard sells". And, Najib is the master plumber who assists with pipe, water ... all plumbing issues. He is exemplary in his craft. Always leaves the house better than he found it! Prices for HVAC and plumbing are reasonable. Cannot say enough positive things about McDaniels Service, Inc.! Highly recommend.

John is amazing!!! He got to my HVAC quickly and has always looked for the least costly option first. He is friendly and thorough and efficient!! My neighbors referred him to me and I'll refer him for sure!!
Pony tail John has always done my inspection on my heating and air. The first time John and I met , was years ago and I got to the lake house about nine or nine thirty. Guess what , no heat, and it was getting down to 7 degrees that night. I called the night number and John was at my home pronto. It was not an easy fix. I suggested I just sit by the fire til morning. No he said not at 7 degrees. After going to Roanoke for parts , I think he finished about 12:30. Now that is going beyond the call of duty.

I recently scheduled a technician (Juan) to perform HVAC maintenance at my condo. This was my first experience with McDaniel Service and it was excellent. Juan arrived on time and on the earlier side of the 3 hour window I was provided at the time of scheduling. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained what he was seeing in my HVAC unit. I was informed of what would need replacement in the near future and was not upsold on unnecessary work. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated this! I also appreciated the reminder and arrival texts to my phone. Definitely recommend McDaniel (and Juan!). I will be a returning customer for future condo maintenance needs.
