I had McDaniel install my HVAC system 3+ years ago but had forgotten to have it inspected for over a year. I called and was scheduled for that same day. That afternoon the technician, Paul. arrived, did a thorough inspection, and offered the one time inspection price or a service agreement, which I chose. McDaniel is as good as I've seen for a service company. They have my best recommendation.

Chris was very helpful and professional. He explained all that was going on and what he was doing. He left the area as clean as he had found it. Our toilet was not draining as quickly as it should and had not been for quite some time. At this point it is better than it was but not as well as we would like it. All potential issues were checked out and at this point the solution will be a new toilet. Pricing was very reasonable and we are very thankful.
