Gesly Avalos is a technician with McDaniel Service, Inc.; and I'm happy to give him a 5 star review. In addition to general excellence at doing his job, he is also helpful in terms of recommendations on how to get the best out of my AC and heating systems. Last year, in addition to conducting general maintenance on my AC, he helped an electrician who was working in my home to troubleshoot a problem arising out of the electrician's rewiring error. He's personable and efficient. 5 stars might not be enough.
Wow! This was refreshing! HVAC company that actually inspected instead of just taking dozens of pictures to do the up-sell! My technician was thoughtful and efficient. Great job! Highly recommend!
Needed professional help clearing the sewer drain to the street at 66 year-old house. It was complicated by not being built to current standards. McDaniel's crew showed up promptly with the tools and the expertise and got the job done despite difficulties. Also asked them to clear the kitchen and a bath line that were clogged. Not a problem. I liked that each item is priced in advance so there's no surprises. Worth the money.
