McDaniel has been taking care of our wall mounted mini split system since 2023. We had an emergency in 2023 and they fixed it in 24 hours- especially impressive given few people in this area are willing to work on these systems. Since then we've inspections twice a year and today a thorough cleaning of the critical internal parts. Paul and Mayer are outstanding! Mayer especially was incredibly detail oriented and helped me fix something very simple. Kitty Reagan, our bossy senior cat, was terribly displeased with the lack of treats dispensed by both gents and we had a good laugh about that. I trust these folks with my home and don't hesitate to recommend them.

McDaniel's Tech fixed a leak and filled system same day BUT they did so without any pricing discussed. They charged $800 for 7lbs of freon not including labor. Over $1500 for 2 hours of work. I appreciate the same day service but felt overcharged.

Amazing technician who helped us out and actually diagnosed the issue which was a return line with no filter. This caused the AC coil to become clogged solid. The technician saw this and said a cleaning would be the best option. Prior to cleaning he checked the system for leaks. Amazing and prompt service.
