Mr Avalos was very thorough and patient with this first time homeowner. He explained everything as he was going along without making me feel less than for not knowing the stuff ahead of time.
We had McDaniel Service out today for frozen pipes and the service was excellent as always. Jose has been our plumber for years-he's professional knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything.
Right after the awful snow/ice event here in Virginia (and with frigid temps that were undoubtedly causing a ton of service calls), my main sewer/drain line started backing up in my laundry room--I could not run any water or flush toilets without flooding. I booked an online service through their website--with low expectations that they'd be able to make it out, but they were out the next day as scheduled. Two plumbers/technicians cleaned out the line (it was tree roots so it had to be snaked and ground up). They were efficient, polite, and professional. And, I was charged a fair and reasonable price, particularly for this weather and such quick response. 100% will use again and recommend to friends and family.

We've had alot of plumbers over 40 years living here. "NAJIB" absolutely the best. He came to replace a toilet valve and supply line. After small leak on 60 year pipe occurred after his trip. Came back and fixed. 4th time here over the years. He works on Mount Vernon. Enough said. ????
