I had an excellent experience with McDaniel Service, Inc. Habib was the technician who came to fix our home cooling system, and he was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and explained the problem clearly. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It's rare to find someone as knowledgeable and respectful as Habib. I highly recommend McDaniel Service, Inc. – especially if you're lucky enough to get Habib!

Habib Sahak is the best knowledgeable Came out promptly even though I know he was busy. Was very thorough and didn't do anything more than what was needed. Very thorough in his explanations, and made sure I understood exactly what we were talking about before he moved on to the next topic. Would recommend 100%.

Juan Balbuena was promp professional and took the time to inspect our heat pump/furnace issue. We had a good discussion so we had full understanding of what was going on. What the reasonable resolution timeline is, and to make a decision to move forward with clarity not panic nor anxiety.
