Paul arrived right on time for my scheduled HVAC service. He assessed my unit with attention to detail and gave great explanations on what was going on. He was also familiar with my condo community which made checking the roof system easy. I really appreciate his willingness to explain the context of certain issues and his dedication to address both smaller and larger issues as a whole. My unit is running much better and I will request him for our next service appointment. Thank you!
As always, excellent service and friendly service.
Tim replaced a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. He worked quickly and efficiently...very professional. I would contact McDaniel Service for other plumbing work.

Last night power surges interrupted my a/c condenser fan. Turned out to be the capacitor. I was lucky to get a quick turnaround on service from Steve at McDaniel Service, Inc. He was courteous, explained what he was doing, and had it fixed quickly. Great service and I would definitely recommend Steve. Thank you, Steve!
Professional, helpful and considerate from office to technician. They always get a good job.
