McDaniel was recommended by my neighbor, who used to work for one of their competitors, as an honest and knowledgeable HVAC company that charges fair prices. I used them to replace my 30 yo gas fired boiler for our baseboard heating system. McDaniel sent their lead boiler tech to estimate the job for a straight forward replacement resulting in a significantly lower price than the other two companies I'd asked to bid. The replacement went without a hitch. The new boiler, like the old one, is providing solid performance. Months after the install, McDaniel came back out the day I called about a leaky safety valve and, after checking the boiler operations, replaced the valve. No drama, no charge. Great doing business with McDaniel.
Technician was competent and performed the inspection quickly, free of charge. This was baked into a recent HVAC machine purchase, installed by McDanial.

Excellent customer service for both initial visit and the installation of a new HAVC system. The technicians were very experienced.
I joke that there are so many leaks in my community that I'm going to open up a new office location here so they are always on-site. This company is great at making sure all of my inspections for leaks are done correctly. They are prompt with arrival, communication is great, and after hours are normally here within 1 hour. The prices are comparable to other plumbers if not better. They are this community's first call if we have a leak or back-up.
