Jose from McDaniel's responded to my emergency call in the evening for assistance with a broken shutoff valve plumbing issue. He was kind and calm and handled everything quickly. I'm so grateful for the rapid response!
Great service
We are owners of a condo in Alexandria, Va and live in Hawaii. Our unit's HVAC system broke during the resent heat wave putting our 96 year old tenant in danger. Daren was recommended to us by another tenant.
He responded immediately, came out to the condo, assessed the damage, found the replacement back ordered for month. Daren set Rosemary up with a portable air con till it showed.
They installed it quickly and efficiently this week. During the whole timeframe, Daren remained in contact answering all my calls and questions with constant updates. It seemed above and beyond and felt like old time customers.
Rosemary is enjoying the comforts of the air con due to the great work of McDaniel Service and Daren. We are very fortunate to have come across Daren and McDaniels.
I highly recommend them and will only use them from now on.,

They were prompt, professional and were able to provide the relief we needed when the air conditioner stopped working.
Easy to set up appt, knowledgeable with building and HVAC units, on time, fair estimate (unlike a certain HVAC contractor in the area that gives inflated estimates). Installation was done in a few hours, and cleaned up afterwards.
The technicians were polite, clean, on time, and did not look for ways to overcharge me. :-) The service contract is a reasonable price, so I look forward to check up in the winter!
Had a sewer line backup. My insurance company got in touch with McDaniel and within a few hours they were here fixing the problem. Really professional, polite, & in a few hours problem was fixed! Thank you McDaniel!
