I was without hot water for 16 days allowing my property management company to try to do the repair. McDaniel were my commercial plumbers at my last job, so I called them. They came out that day, figured out the issue, overnighted the part, fixed the water heater and got me back in service in no time. The technician was extremely professional and courteous. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.
I did have a problem with the repair. I sent a message to them thru their website and next day the owner called. He went above and beyond what I expected from him. Just from his call and actions I would use this company again, McDaniel Service, Inc., I would recommend this company.
