They showed up by 9:30am on Monday when I schedule a 8-12 arrival slot on their website the day before. The a/c had stopped working entirely. ****** quickly identified the issue, showed me a maintenance task to help prevent the issue in the future, fixed the problem, and verified that the rest of the system was functioning properly. This is the second time ****** has shown up when I had an issue and the customer ********************** is great. The service and repairs have held without further issue. Would highly recommend McDaniel.
Darren Blakely from McDaniel service is amazing. He was so kind to deal with and was a wealth of knowledge troubleshooting issues with my house's HVAC, diagnosing the issue for why it suddenly lost power on the first try. Years ago he also helped me replace my HVAC unit in a condo building where many other services weren't willing to work and helped me get a very fair price. I'd have full trust working with him again. He seems like one of those rare people who actually wants to help.
