Today I had my PTAC units cleaned and serviced by Daren Blakey and two of his associates. The customer service was second to none. They were also very careful with my PTAC, I was very impressed with their professional and customer service.

Gesly came out and did a heater inspection as part of an annual maintenance contract with McDaniel Service. Gesly was great - he answered all my questions about my furnace and recommended different options for maintenance based on my budget. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. Highly recommend!
Once again, I called McDaniel Services when the bi-annual review of our condo's plumbing was due. And again, the service was EXCELLENT - scheduled quickly and conveniently, technicians showed up on time, completed the inspections and paperwork for management and explained why some replacement might be a good idea in the months to come (now scheduled). I highly recommend choosing McDaniel Services. I also had them replace a toilet a few years ago - also excellent service.

I highly recommend using McDaniels for your HVAC and water heater replacement. I had my 2 ton system replaced back in April, and the team of four guys they sent out were on time, courteous, and patient! They had to use a crane for the replacement, and everything was well coordinated. My HVAC technician was David Williams, and his support team, Cody and Habib, were also great.
I just had my biannual inspection, and he came out again to check on the system. It's so comforting knowing that my technician is familiar with my unit and the neighborhood as well. Ask for David!
