My AC capacitor suddenly stopped working last night, and in desperate need to have it fixed immediately before the heat wave began today. Thankfully, I came across McDaniel Service, Inc. I was able to schedule an appointment last night for later on today; the scheduler called me this morning and offered me a spot for 10am! Mr. Steve Orellana was the technician who serviced my AC unit and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the problem and showed me what a good capacitor should look like. Steve looked at the HVAC system in my utility room and advised me that everything was working properly. I would absolutely recommend McDaniel Service, Inc. for your HVAC servicing needs; specifically Steve Orellana. Excellent service from Juan Balbuena and McDaniel Service's customer service rep, Stephanie. My emergency service was scheduled and completed very quickly on a Saturday evening. I have never had such positive service experience with an HVAC company.
A very quick response on this hot day to fix our A/C and restore service and allow our tenants to enjoy their Sunday in a cool and ambient residence..
