Najib Kabiri identified the source as a fried panel on the water heater and advised us to address the electrical issues that caused it. I needed to have a bathroom tub spigot with a calcified diverter replaced. One of my neighbors was familiar with McDaniel plumbing services and suggested I call them. Vanessa set up the appointment and gave me an estimate, Chris Johnson came this morning and completed the job with no hassle and great relief to me. Chris was extremely courteous, knowledgeable about the job, and an interesting conversationalist and communicator. I would recommend him and the McDaniel business to anyone with HVAC or plumbing needs.
